My daughter Annie went to your dealership last week to start looking for her first car, without any experience dealing with sales consultants. My daughter spoke very highly of the way Don presented herself (with great knowledge of your KIAs) and she explained she had just started looking. There was no strong sales pitch to do the deal that day. Don gave her a lot of information about KIAs.
