"We went to the Lazare kia dealership with our son and daughter-in-law because they were interested in purchasing a new Kia Soul. While there, my husband and I were very impressed with the professional treatment Mike Snyder was showing to our son and daughter-in-law. My husband and I started looking around the showroom to give them privacy. We were "just looking" but found we really liked the Kia Optima. Because Mike Snyder was busy with out son and his wife, Brian allen offered to help us so we wouldn't have to wait; Brian gave us very detailed description of the car and all of its features. I explained that I had a lease on a 2010 Honda accord and didn't think I would be able to consider the Kia optima at this time, but would be very interested if it could be done. We were pleasantly surprised that Kia would buy-out the Honda lease and get us into a new Kia Optima at a very reasonable rate. Our son purchased the Kia soul, we got to lease our brand new Kia optima. When we went to pick up the Optima, my parents came to the Lazare Kia dealership. They, too were impressed with the friendliness of the sales associates and how everyone within the department helps each other customers. My parents had just been to the chevrolet dealership across the street and were going to make a lease a vehicle there, but when they how pleasant everyone was they heard our vehicle being explained to us, they decided to try out the kia sportage and this morning they picked up their new Kia sportage- we are definitely in the Kia family! My sister will probably be the next kia owner in our family she was at my parents' delver and was also impressed with the Lazare Kia Dealership!

I didn't intend to buy a vehicle when I entered the showroom. I was with a friend and I commented to Mike about the Soul. He took the time to educate me about the car and was extremely knowledgeable. I told him the first night that I was not buying but he asked me to sleep on it and come back the next day. I drove two models, 1 on day one and the 2nd on day two.
